Leafnode Installer for Mac OS X

Warning

This installation package has not been tested extensively. Have you completely backed up your computer within the last week? Can you repair a Mac in single user mode because some program fucked up the permissions on your system folders? No? Then this installer release is not for you. It comes without any warranty.

On the other hand: I’ve had no problems on three different machines, and nobody ever sent me any problem reports (as of October 2007).

System Requirements

Mac OS X 10.3 or 10.4.

Known Bugs

The provided version of PCRE (6.7) is affected by vulnerability CVE-2007-1660 (buffer overflow). The installer package should not be used until a version containing an updated PCRE package is provided here.
Do not install on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard installieren! This package will not work there, but it doesn’t warn or give an error message about this.

Installation

Open the disk image and double-click on leafnode.mpkg.
